DRAFT REVIEW: Brooklyn Pilsner
RATING
91

This beer’s pale straw color, brilliant clarity, and frothy, white head are the classic marks of a pilsner. The nose boasts lightly toasted malt, slightly sulfery yeast, and bright, flowery hops, luring the drinker into a bright, zesty taste. Mild sugary grains give way to lemony, grassy hops with mild bitterness that lingers into the aftertaste. The body is lively and a bit fuller than expected, with effervescent carbonation and very little alcohol. However, the finish is crisp and dry, making Brooklyn’s volume a highly drinkable and palatable pils.
