A rich, hazelnutty brew, Korbinian displays lovely garnet highlights and wears a persistent beige crown. Toasted malt and floral sweetness coalesce in a quiet, pleasantly simple nose with a very subdued alcohol note. Equally easy on the tongue, this creamy brew’s a lighter-bodied example of the style and wonderfully quaffable. It starts with caramel sweetness anchored by toasted barley notes and countered perfectly by soft, floral hop brushes. Its finish is balanced and clean with some alcohol warmth pulling through to the end. |
