DRAFT REVIEW: Hefeweissbier Dunkel
RATING
96

Crafted at the renowned Brauerei Weihenstephan, the world’s oldest operating brewery, this beer shines with rich, complex flavors. It’s hazy orange-brown with a solid, thick head. The aroma is balanced by spicy clove and banana notes. The taste starts with kettle caramelization and sweet malt touches and finishes gently with a tart, lemony wheat quality. It has a gentle carbonation, creamy body, and dry finish with a soft caramel and clove aftertaste.
