DRAFT REVIEW: Austin Amber
RATING
86

Pouring hazy orange with a bone-colored head, this brew is a simple, pleasant pour. The bouquet is quiet and agrarian, with dry grassy notes and a little bit of a dusty character. On the tongue, things get lively: Very high carbonation makes the beer prickly and tingly. Toasted and caramel malt appear first and not overly sweet, countered by spicy hops that assert a little bit of bitterness and fade quickly away. The carbonation assures the rapid flow of flavors across the tongue and a very clean finish.
