DRAFT REVIEW: Ruedrich's Red Seal Ale
RATING
96

In the world of American amber ales, this brew is an icon. It pours deep copper with red highlights and boasts a frothy, tan head. Powerful caramel malt scents and bright, spicy hop aromas linger harmoniously in the nose. The first sip creeps over the tongue; its toffee malts sink in deep. Next, washes of impressively assertive hops bite down on the tongue with ribbons of zesty grapefruit flavors. Like its aroma, Red Seal is incredibly balanced and completes with a fantastic dry finish.
