DRAFT REVIEW: Blonde Bock
RATING
85

In the glass, this beer is golden, with great clarity and a pillowy, white head. Its aroma is balanced, with subtle caramel sweetness butting up against a firm floral and peppery hop aroma, and a low alcohol presence. The flavor begins with bready sweetness and quickly moves into a mild hop spiciness. With a medium body, assertive carbonation, and smooth warmth, this beer is a good interpretation of the customary bock style, with a bit more hops throughout than you might expect.
