Thomas Hooker’s Cream Ale is visually appealing, gold in color, and very clear with a pearl-white foamy head. Its clear (but not overpowering) aroma boasts sweet, lemony candy and dry, husky grain scents. This ale hits the tongue with bready and toasty flavors before progressing into notes of hop bitterness and floral, tealike flavors. Blonde Ale is thin, highly carbonated, and without alcohol heat. Its flavor finishes very dry with a lingering astringent grain note in the aftertaste. |
