DRAFT REVIEW: Shiner Wild Hare Pale Ale
RATING
92

Spoetzl nailed the American pale malt-hop balance with Wild Hare, the brewery’s first-ever ale. Light biscuit malt scents soften a vivid floral and citrusy aroma; a touch of melon accents the bouquet. On the tongue, this beer’s incredibly even-handed: Slightly toasted biscuit notes press against orange and melon from sip to swallow while firm bitterness guides the beer swiftly off the tongue.
