Kiper Kock pouts very pale gold and clear with a thin, white head that doesn't stay long. Quiet alcohol and hop spice set the statge for a honey- and biscuit-filled aroma. Its flavor is malt-driven: Bold pilsner malt sweetness washes over the tongue before the fermentation qualities -- red apple tastes and sharp alcohol -- emerge.
