DRAFT REVIEW: Amber Lager
RATING
96

This pristine amber beer’s thin white head emits rich malt scents; toasted bread crust and  sweet caramel rise to the nose. The taste mirrors the aroma: Lightly toasted bread runs over the tongue, while quiet caramel sweetness sneaks through the foundation. Although the beer lacks hop flavor, a sturdy bitterness balances out the malts, creating an even-tempered lager that finishes crisp and flavorful, with lasting toasted malts on the tongue.
