DRAFT REVIEW: Kilt Lifter
RATING
88

This deep copper brew sports a fleeting off-white head, but its aroma lingers in the air: Caramel and plum sink into a bready aroma, accented by alcohol spice. Sweet caramel engulfs the tongue before a wave of alcohol warmth and hop bitterness dries out the mouth. On the back of the tongue, a flash of light smoke adds that authentic Scottish flavor as alcohol warmth grows in the chest. As the flavors recede, a mix of caramel and toast stays behind, leaving a flavorful graham cracker suggestion on the tongue.
