DRAFT REVIEW: Alaskan Stout
RATING
87

This dark brown brew unleashes a lightly roasted, coffee-and-cream aroma from its bubbly tan head. The flavors march across the tongue in an organized way -- bitterness leads the way, followed by a milk chocolate center and grainy oats, then bitter tinges in the finish. It doesn’t have the mouth-filling thickness and deep-sinking flavors of other oatmeal stouts, but it’s still pleasantly creamy with sharp, well-composed tastes that finish clean.
