DRAFT REVIEW: Sea Hag IPA
RATING
87

Sea Hag is one of those IPAs you just can't help but like. Whether you're talking about the hops, the malt, or the darker-than-average appearance, this beer is distinctive in a variety of ways. The balance of hops and malt is wonderful for an IPA, which you'll notice immediately in the aroma where the hops are earthy but also citrusy and leamonlike. While the hops in Sea Hag's flavor are stronger, they never overshadow the caramel and biscuit notes. The thicker mouthfeel is great if you're looking for a filling beer. There isn't a lot of beer brewed in Woodbridge, but what is brewed there is among some of the best beer in the Northeast.
