DRAFT REVIEW: Stone Pale Ale
RATING
93

A quick detour to Stone on your next San Diego vacay is well worth it: This brewery is one of the most gorgeous in California. But really, with brews like this pale ale, you would need no other reason to visit than the beer. The hops are dominant in this brew, bringing citrusy and fruity notes to both the flavor and aroma. Sweetness from the malt is pleasant, and the hops dance on the tongue long after the last swallow. With all of that flavor joined with a smooth body, it's easy to understand why this pale ale is one of the most beloved beers in the world.
