DRAFT REVIEW: Levitation Ale
RATING
92

Surely this beer’s name was inspired by the buoyant aroma, a balloon of rich caramel and toasted malt pushed skyward by fresh grass and orange scents. On the tongue, the beer impresses with ease: Toasted malts send familiar orange and grass clippings bounding to the mouth’s roof; caramel sweetens the swallow in the back. Just a touch of roasted malt bitterness rides a biting hop wave, culminating in a snappy finish that sends you back for another effortless sip.
