DRAFT REVIEW: Foret
RATING
84

This beer is called Moinette Biologique back in Belgium, so if you are trying to find it abroad, keep your eyes peeled. Regardless of the name, it is a well-made beer. It's an organic brew, and the freshness of the ingredients is showcased in the flavor. Saisons were brewed for the warmer summer months, so it is no surprise that this beer is thirst-quenching. The dark golden color is appealing, and the flavor is citrusy with just a hint of spiciness in the swallow. The clean maltiness vanishes off your tongue quickly. While no beer should dissipate too fast, this vanishing quality was a welcome change of pace and makes this a fine beer to drink while watching summer sunsets.
