DRAFT REVIEW: Foret Blanche
RATING
94

This beer’s pillowy head leaves behind beautiful lacing as fresh orange blossom and lemon lighten coriander and white pepper scents. Blanche’s effervescence tickles the tongue with each flavorful swallow; the bubbles
collide juicy orange and lemon with a cracker malt base. Coriander emerges mid-sip, and herbal notes blossom in the back before a dry finish ensues. A delight to drink, this beer’s both engaging and extremely refreshing.
