DRAFT REVIEW: Mothership Wit
RATING
94

There's no mistaking this beer's style; its appearance is a classic pale yellow rendered even paler by cloudiness that reflects light. Wheat, clove, and nutmeg spiciness burst from the glass in an enticing bouquet. The taste washes over the tongue with a prism of flavors, starting with a sharp, acidic wheat followed by notes of chamomile and dandelion, all laced with generous spices and peppery yeast notes. It finishes dry and mostly clean, with only a mild pepper-and-citrus aftertaste.
