DRAFT REVIEW: Wheat
RATING
90

Sierra Nevada is known for copious amounts of hops used in its brews, so it is noteworthy that the brewery would delve into such a malt-friendly style. This beer certainly measures up to all of the other examples of this style. The body is solid and robust and doesn't let up through the entire swallow, while the taste has the same bread and biscuit tones you'll notice in the aroma. The hops in this beer are more floral and aromatic than most Sierra Nevada brews, and they offer a pleasant change of pace to the brewery's regular lineup. The beer even finished slightly spicy, leaving us eager for the next swallow.
