This complex, masterfully constructed brew’s intense, biting aroma hits the nose with peppery hops and a touch of alcohol heat; gentle floral notes embellish the aroma. This amped-up saison bursts with tropical vivaciousness: Pineapple, papaya and mango ride the crest of an effervescent wave, washing back with sweet cracker malts. Spicy pepper and floral notes emerge in the back. Slight alcohol warmth hints at the beer’s high ABV before it recedes with a dry, satisfying finish.
