DRAFT REVIEW: Samuel Adams Tetravis
RATING
87

Dark raisins, sharp black pepper and sweet molasses swirl from this clear ruby brew into the nose. The malt presence is palpable: Caramel sweetness, toast and soft bread carry a tightly woven blend of figs, black cherries and prunes through the mouth. Peppery yeast notes draw out spicy alcohol as warmth settles over the tongue, leading to a clean finish.
