DRAFT REVIEW: Deviant Dale's IPA
RATING
96

Make no mistake: Deviant Dale’s is a bold brew—even for an IPA—but its aggressive hop profile finds a worthy match in sturdy malts. Raucous pine, resin and green onion scents edge out caramel and toast, while a similar experience unfurls on the tongue. Earthy, oniony and citrusy hops saturate the taste buds, but a robust biscuity malt presence stands its ground. Timely bitterness sweeps in before the beer’s aggressive flavors overrun the mouth.
