DRAFT REVIEW: Ryedentity Crisis
RATING
82

Rye augments the malt bill of this saison, giving it touches of sharp spiciness from smell to swallow. The beer pulls into the nose with biting grain and keen lemon peel scents; on the tongue, dominant wheat and rye notes bristle the taste buds as a bitter wave follows closely behind. Bright lemon notes shine through the swallow, lending welcome contrast to earthy, spicy hop notes in the back. A tingling finish lasts long after each sip.
