DRAFT REVIEW: Maibock
RATING
90

This import pours clear, honey-gold with a rocky, white head. Its aroma is faint with only touches of herbal spiciness and mild alcohol. Sweet, slightly caramelized barley malt and heaps of fresh-cracked pepper from the hops swarm the tongue, with sherry notes threaded throughout, adding an unexpected layer of complexity to the profile. It is medium-bodied with smooth, warm alcohol, mild carbonation, and a sweet finish.
