This hazy brown beer’s ruby highlights flicker in the light as a whispery tan head quickly fades. Bubblegum and banana scents lighten a fresh, doughy aroma and draw out subtle candied cherry hidden deep within the bouquet. Toasted malts splash down first and stretch to the back of the tongue. Above the toasted base, sugary cherries dance and licorice pools in the middle of the tongue. Quiet clove spice emerges in the back and blends with spicy alcohol for a sharp, warming sensation. Vibrant carbonation cleans the tongue, leaving only subtle pear and bubblegum notes behind. |
