DRAFT REVIEW: Exodus Porter
RATING
87

Tight bubbles form a fleeting tan head atop this dark brown brew, while roasted malts waft up from the glass, accented by edgy, woodsy hops. The aroma treads lightly, but the flavor is big: Roasted notes land on the tongue first, picking up sweet caramel as they wash back. Nuanced raisin flavors swirl in the middle, adding a gourmet depth to the profile. While mild bitterness pushes against the sweetness in the back, malts prevail, finishing with muted chocolate on the tongue.
