DRAFT REVIEW: Chelsea Moylan's Porter
RATING
84

Shimmering highlights ornament this otherwise lightless dark brown brew while a thick, creamy head weighs heavily on top. A straightforward yet inviting coffee and milk chocolate aroma shoots up to the nose. Like the bouquet, roasted coffee flavors sweetened by a shot of cream barges through the mouth. As the sweetness grows, toffee notes emerge in the back, piling on more rich flavors. This heavy malt profile overshadows any hop flavor; a mild bitterness makes an effort to clean the tongue. Finishing with roasted notes and a touch of chocolate, this bold beer wraps up dry.
