DRAFT REVIEW: Chupacabras Pale Ale
RATING
91

Chupacabras pours a hazy shade of amber with a fluffy, off-white head that doesn’t fade. This beer’s bouquet bursts with grassy and orange hop scents, plus a sprinkling of graham cracker crust that lends a sweet, toasted base. Similarly, toasted malts race across the tongue while hops evocative of fresh grass clippings merge with bright, juicy orange notes. Hefty bitterness rises up in the back, paving the way for a spicy alcohol thread to work its way down the throat. When the primary flavors recede, an enjoyably toasty, grassy aftertaste lingers in the mouth.
