The aroma has ripe bananas with low levels of clove spice, all dulled slightly by old yeast notes. A bold, lemon-tart wheat taste kicks the tongue, alongside assertive banana and restrained clove and allspice. The sweetness is tempered by mild earthy hops and slightly acidic carbonation.
