DRAFT REVIEW: Leinenkugel's Sunset Wheat
RATING
90

When Miller bought the Leinie brand in 1988, people worried the product would change. Well, nearly 20 years later, we can all celebrate the fact that the Leinenkugel's produced today is just as good as ever. Sunset Wheat is a testament to this, with a creamy taste, mild spice, and fine citrusy flavors (despite the fact that orange peel isn't added to the brew). Coriander makes a clean contribution to the overall flavor, while flavors and aromas of wheat and malt are strong but fresh, and make the moderate body of this beer stand out. Cluster variety hops seem to make a small appearance in the lightly dry finish.
