DRAFT REVIEW: Samuel Adams Hefeweizen
RATING
92

This beer, which is in the Boston Beer Company's Brewmaster's Collection, is one of the most recent brews added to the Samuel Adams repertoire. The fact that this is one of the more common Samuel Adams brews you can find is certainly a testament to the increasing popularity of this style. The crisp taste makes it a wonderful summertime beer and is never too strong on your palate. The choice to use both malted and unmalted wheat is evident in the cereal notes that take over the aroma. Couple that with the European noble hops and you have an American-style beer with hints of the old country. This brew is a well-made ale that doesn't leave the tongue until it is good and ready.
