DRAFT REVIEW: Ybor Gold Gasper's Porter
RATING
88

It's hard to find this ale outside of its home state of Florida, but if you can you won't be disappointed. It starts with an extremely mild aroma of chocolate blended with hops over a mildly sweet base. The thick, creamy head is not terribly persistent but is certainly adequate for the style. The flavor of this beer is malty with a fair amount of bitterness that is often missing in some porters. The body is moderate and works with heartier sweeter foods or even shellfish. Overall, this is a quality beer from the sunshine state.
