This wheat beer greets the nose with a heavy apricot perfume; as it warms, hints of grainy wheat emerge from behind the fruit. Incredibly light and crisp, Apricot’s easy-drinking: Vivid apricot notes wash back with a touch of bubblegum sweetness and a thin layer of bready malts. Although the base beer’s mostly hidden behind the fruit additions, the profile never overwhelms the taste buds. With its gently bitter finish and lingering apricot notes, it’s a quaffable summer sipper.
