Copperhead Pale Ale
American Pale Ale

Copperhead pours deep gold with a sticky off-white head. Grassy and citrusy, the hops in the bouquet are powerful, but nicely underscored by subdued fresh peach notes tucked away in the background. Delicate toasted malt sweetness first runs over the tongue, simple and clean, paving the way for a biting hop presence that is as grassy as the armoa with zesty orange notes. While there isn't a whole lot of bitterness, the hop flavors are a bit muscular for the grain bill. It finishes clean, with a medium body and low alcohol presence, and is an excellent example of the style. |
