DRAFT REVIEW: Old Court Ale
RATING
85

Old Court pours a touch darker than expected as lively orange and peach scents drift up to the nose; caramel and toasted malts, a bit strong for the style, give the aroma some weight. Grainy, biscuity notes fan out over the tongue as pops of bright orange hops hit the roof of the mouth— engaging, but subtle for the style. A swell of bready malts rises in the back before gentle bitterness washes over the tongue for a well-timed dry finish.
