DRAFT REVIEW: Clementine
RATING
86

A dash of honey malts sweetens this beer’s dominant fresh orange scents, while coriander underscores the aroma with rich herbal earthiness. Sharp wheat notes bristle the tongue; bitter orange peel and spritzy carbonation accentuate the biting mouthfeel. Living up to its name, Clementine orange flavor strong-arms the tongue as coriander peppers the swallow. Although the citrus notes are a bit strong for the style, this beer’s a delight to drink, wrapping up with a mouthwatering finish and lasting orange notes on the tongue.
