DRAFT REVIEW: Pako's IPA
RATING
85

This beer’s aroma strikes a delicate balance: Caramel scents underscore candied orange and pine, creating an enticing sweet, hoppy bouquet. In the sip, toasted bread notes wash over the tongue, propping up catty hops with a touch of apricot. In the back, freshly cut grass notes add a hint of sweetness to the swallow before a decisive bitter wave cleans the mouth. Still, Pako treads a bit too lightly on the tongue; the beer’s huge flavor potential deserves a heftier presence.
