Subtle roasted flavors arrive on the tongue first, with nutty oatmeal following closely behind. As the smooth, creamy beer fans out, oatmeal peaks in the middle and counters sweet chocolate. A dose of bitter roasted malts subdues the flavors for a dry finish that leaves dark malts lingering on the tongue. |
