DRAFT REVIEW: Celis White
RATING
91

Celis White is a cloudy, lemon-yellow brew topped by a frothy, ivory head. The nose is powerfully complex, with the wheat's sharp tart notes bumping into cracked pepper spice. Though more subdued, the flavor's tart wheat and floral hops tango on the tongue, with coriander and orange notes peeking out later in the swallow. This beer is light with a chewy texture, has very little alcohol, and finishes clean.
