The aroma’s a smooth but potent melange of lemon meringue pie, dehydrated grass and dandelion. The sip gracefully balances grapefruity hops and quiet malts that read like oyster crackers before a sweet flash of Juicy Fruit gum at the swallow. With a drying finish but almost no bitterness to speak of, it’s incredibly clean and crushable.
