A quiet, rosy hop aroma lightly tickles the nose. Hops are more assertive on the tongue, as citrusy lemon and light pine resin initiate the sip before floral hops arrive a beat later. It’s an easy-drinking sip, but the balance is certainly toward the aggressive bitterness, which builds with successive swallows.
