On the tongue, light ripe apple splashes down first before segueing into younger, brighter apple flavors mid-sip; they’re a bit strong for the style but very pleasant. Along the way, subtle must tempers the apple’s sweetness while light tannins nip the tongue’s sides. A firm dryness swells mid-sip, culling the cider’s sweetness and sending the swallow off to a clean, parched conclusion.
