Earthy must and a hint of apple subtly engage the nose, but on the tongue, this cider’s anything but quiet. Extra-Dry carries hints of ripe apple, whispery smoke and impressive tannins across the tongue before mustiness emerges in an arid finish that lives up to the cider’s moniker. It’s certainly aggressive, and leaves the taste buds tingling with each sip.
