DRAFT REVIEW: Big Sky IPA
RATING
93

This brew cascades light copper into the glass, culminating in a creamy, tan head. It smells like a fresh-cut football field: The bouquet is grassy through and through with pleasant brushes of orange-peel citrus. On the tongue, the beer balances out with enough caramel sweetness to counter the quick arrival of brisk floral and orange-peel hop flavor. A moderate hop bitterness also asserts itself and carries through the swallow, but disappears at the back of the drink, allowing the brew to finish on a harmonious citrus note.
