Initially, the beer runs over the tongue with lightly toasted grains and oven-fresh bread; then, the flavor strengthens as it progresses into an assertive hops parade with pine needles, citrus fruit, and dry grass mixed together. The beer finishes dry and clean, with just a touch of grapefruit lingering into the aftertaste.
