DRAFT REVIEW: Burly Brown
RATING
94

Burly Brown is dark-hued with a thick, beige head. The nose unearths a world of chocolate tones and notes of crusty bread toasted to perfection. That same toasted quality defines the start of the taste before caramel sweetness moves in and grips the sides of the tongue. Assertive hop and citrus flavors reveal themselves briefly, while sweetness continues to underscore the zingy hops. A dry finish makes a surprising, refreshing conclusion to a beer with so much up-front flavor.
