DRAFT REVIEW: Lost Coast Pale Ale
RATING
87

Lost Coast actually started brewing in a castle in California. It remained there until it outgrew its digs and moved a few blocks down the street. One of the fine beers made at the new brewery is this pale ale. It has a citrusy grapefruit aroma and flavor as well as a biscuity taste. The hops are smooth, but they finish with a piney bite. If you are uncertain about trying American pale ales becuase you don't love hops, start your adventures with this mild, drinkable beer. With earthy flavors pouring out of the glass, it's easy to enjoy.
