DRAFT REVIEW: Extra Pale Ale
RATING
89

Thanks to their name, Dillon Dam's marketing team has it pretty easy: Basically, they get to put the word "Dam" in front of everything, resulting in some pretty cool descriptions of their brews. The Extra Pale Ale has a lot of Dam hop aroma and flavor. The malt profile is quieter than some APAs, leaving the body feeling a bit weaker than it should, but the flavor is Dam good. The bready and toasty notes are the most distinguising characteristics in the taste and are balanced well with powerful American hops. Dam, we wish we could have sipped another one of those before we moved on in our tastings, but we were pretty excited just to have another five bottles in the fridge.
