DRAFT REVIEW: Metolius River Yellow Sally
RATING
84

Quiet grainy malt scents steady  fruity pear esters and peppery hops. On the tongue, that balance leans too far toward fruit: Apple and pear notes lead the swallow, flowing back with soft bready malts and a touch of sweet corn; muted grassy hops accent the sip before snappy bitterness wraps up the swallow.
