DRAFT REVIEW: Dominion Lager
RATING
96

Dortmunder exports are one of the more robust light lager styles, a point perfectly captured by this brew’s aroma and flavor. A big, sweet, bready malt bouquet lifts up from the glass, interwoven with earthy hops. Creamy and smooth, Dominion Lager washes back with sweet malts and a touch of toast; complementary earthy hop notes fuse with the malts for an authentically German profile. In the end, firm bitterness cuts through the beer’s creamy mouthfeel for a lengthy dry finish.
